Putting your skills into practice

The Professional Diploma, Higher National Certificate and Higher National Diploma courses offer a one month work placement upon successful completion. These placements are offered within the greater London, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh areas. However, if you live outside this area, our placement officer would work closely with you to find you an opportunity that would be more suitable.

We are often approached by businesses looking for graduates to take up work placements which has often led to full-time employment. The work placement is an ideal way to use what you have learnt in a working environment. You can avail of the work placement once you have successfully completed the course and must start the placement within 3 months of graduation.

For those graduates who cannot take up a work placement, we also now offer an alternative service where we help you update your resume and portfolio and help prepare you for an interview.

We train our interior design students to be industry-ready. We have many creative, enthusiastic graduates who are looking to gain practical experience in a professional environment.

Our graduates have gained extensive knowledge through the completion of practical assignments, and have an established portfolio of work relevant to the industry.

We are seeking businesses and industry partners to take on a graduate. Placement can be on a short term basis (1-3 months) and be either part-time or full-time. Some of the benefits would include:
